I am an epidemiologist, data scientist, and biostatistician with strong linear, logistic, and survival regression skills. I am looking for a job where I can continue working on biomarker discovery and diagnostic test development and am able to learn more about different “omics” data and new technologies.

Data Scientist I
As a Data Scientist on the Applied Modeling, Bioinformatics team, I collaborated with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and external research teams to develop and validate ML and survival analysis-based diagnostic proteomic models using SomaScan proteomic data. Evaluated the performance of ML-based diagnostic proteomic tests on new populations using statistical and clinical research analyses, created plots and figures for data visualization, and worked with external collaborators to answer research questions and contribute to publications and intellectual property filings.
Contributed to the internal code base by developing pipeline tools using R Markdown, wrote and updated R functions including unit tests, managed packages, compiled documentation for end users, reviewed pull requests, and conducted code reviews.
Mentored and managed projects, timelines, goals, and reviews for direct reports, led weekly sprint planning meetings, onboarded and trained new team members, and oversaw internship projects.
